How to Draw Cartoons - How to Draw Cartoons at Violet Hill Park
Ever wondered how your favorite cartoon characters get made? Turn your imagination into characters in this workshop! Students will learn how to design a character and give them personality through design, facial expressions and more. No prior drawing experience required and all materials are included.By registering for a class with Spring Garden Township you have agreed to all Class Registration Policies. Thank you!Classes may fill fast, early registration is recommended.Click the class title to learn more about each class.Class Refund Policy Spring Garden Township reserves the right to cancel classes for insufficient enrollment, severe weather, staff illness, or emergencies. In the case of a cancellation by Spring Garden Township, students have the option of taking a make-up class if scheduled or receiving a refund of the class fee. Credit card convenience fees are not refundable. Please notify ksprich@sgtwp.org with at least 1 weeks notice prior to class date of cancellation or class transfer in order to receive refund.
Severe Weather Policy
Under severe weather conditions it may become necessary to postpone or cancel a class. This will be done as much in advance of the class as possible. There are conditions where heavy winds, lightening, snow or freezing rain may develop on the day of a class and advance notice of a postponement or cancellation may not be possible. In those situations where notification may come later in the day, this is our procedure and indicators for postponement or cancellation: Spring Garden Township will make a decision as early as possible and will call or email the participants enrolled in the class.In all cases, students should use common sense to make the best decision when bad weather and driving conditions are factors.
